fusilli pasta with eggplant/tomato sauce

krab salad (I'm kinda allergic to crab)

Italian style mushroom & chick pea soup

soba no mi (buckwheat groats) risotto with enoki mushroom

polenta with porcini mushrooms and Italian sausage
